Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Japanese-Speaking Customer Support Representative, based in Manila. The primary responsibilities include providing top-notch customer support and service, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, resolving issues through troubleshooting, and maintaining clear and professional communication with Japanese-speaking customers. The representative will be expected to promptly address customer concerns and ensure a seamless customer experience in alignment with our service standards.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
  • Effective Communication skills with fluency in Japanese, both verbal and written
  • Ability to analyze and resolve issues effectively through Troubleshooting
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle diverse customer concerns with patience and professionalism
  • Familiarity with customer service tools and systems
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Prior experience in a customer support role is advantageous
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
