Our client, a well-established MNC in engineering and building services, is seeking multiple dedicated and detail-oriented ACMV BIM Modeller(s) to support the delivery of LTA projects. In this role, you will be responsible for ACMV / M&E system coordination, construction drawings, duct sizing calculations, and testing & commissioning support, while working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical and interface coordination matters throughout project execution.

Salary: $4,000 - $5,000 + VB + Allowances

Working hours: MON - FRI Office Hours

Location: West Singapore (Commonwealth)

Key responsibilities:

• Draft and design M&E system
• Prepare quantity take-offs for MEP services and all required documentation
• Carry out inspections and testing after installation
• Provide construction drawings, as well as testing and commissioning support during project execution
• Coordination with customer, civil contractor, architectures and other M&E contractors for resolving interface issues and technical clarifications
• Designing duct sizing by hand calculation and by using duct checker software
• Designing Mechanical Ventilation Fan, Grilles and Diffusers sizing
• Supporting senior modeller for CSD and all other requirements for submission

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in BIM M&E / ACMV
• Experience in managing LTA projects would be advantageous
• Candidates who possess a BCA Specialist Diploma in BIM would have an added advantage
