VendPro Solutions is a fast-growing smart vending and retail solutions company in Singapore. We provide vending machine rental, membership programs, location sourcing, machine deployment, maintenance, and operational support across offices, commercial buildings, residential estates, and other strategic locations.

As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a motivated and hands-on Vending Machine Technician & Operations Executive to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of vending machines
• Troubleshoot and repair vending machine faults and technical issues
• Conduct regular inspections of vending machines deployed at customer locations
• Respond to service calls and breakdowns when required
• Install, test, and commission new vending machines
• Replenish products and perform machine top-ups when required
• Monitor machine performance and report recurring issues
• Ensure vending machines remain clean, presentable, and operational
• Assist with machine relocation, deployment, and collection activities
• Maintain service records and repair reports
• Support daily operational activities assigned by management

Requirements

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence
• Basic electrical, mechanical, or technical troubleshooting knowledge preferred
• Experience in vending machines, electronics, refrigeration, or equipment servicing is an advantage
• Able to work independently and solve problems on-site
• Physically fit and comfortable handling equipment and stock
• Responsible, punctual, and customer-service oriented
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
