Job Description

Responsibilities

We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to drive agency partnerships, programmatic growth and revenue across Southeast Asia (SEA). This is a commercial role at the centre of strategic agency relationships, where you’ll represent PubMatic’s technology, AI-driven solutions and innovation with credibility and confidence.


Using your knowledge of the agency buying process and the programmatic supply chain, you’ll influence senior decision-makers, unlock new growth opportunities and deliver measurable commercial impact across the region.

What you’ll focus on

  • Own and grow strategic agency and advertiser partnerships, positioning PubMatic as a trusted programmatic and AI-driven partner across SEA.


  • Engage senior decision-makers to unlock new revenue opportunities, sell innovative solutions and influence long-term commercial strategy.


  • Drive platform spend and PMP revenue, consistently delivering against ambitious growth targets.


  • Lead commercial conversations end-to-end, from pitching and deal execution to quarterly business reviews and growth planning.


  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and represent PubMatic at industry events, expanding your network and market influence.


We’d love you to have

  • 3+ years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within Ad Tech or digital media.


  • Solid understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including buying models and commercial drivers.


  • Experience selling programmatic solutions to agencies and/or direct advertisers.


  • Knowledge of CTV/OTT and addressability solutions is a plus.


  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging senior clients.


  • Collaborative, adaptable, and interested in AI and emerging technologies.
