Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive based in Singapore. The Executive will oversee and support the planning, coordination, and execution of events. Responsibilities include client communication, managing event timelines, vendor coordination, on-site event management, and ensuring that all events align with the company’s high operational standards. The role also involves contributing to budget management and post-event evaluations.

Qualifications

• Event planning and management skills, including experience in coordinating large-scale events
• Strong communication skills, including client relationship management and effective stakeholder engagement
• Organizational and project management skills for handling multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines
• Problem-solving abilities for on-site event challenges and emergencies
• Proficiency with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial planning for events
• Familiarity with event industry tools and software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative mindset
