We are expanding our team and looking for driven individuals to join us as Recruitment Consultants. Whether you have recruitment experience or come from a sales or business development background, we welcome candidates with strong people skills, resilience, and the hunger to succeed.

What you’ll do:

• Develop new client relationships and grow existing accounts
• Understand hiring needs and provide talent consulting solutions
• Source, screen and assess candidates through various channels
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: pitching, interviewing, offer negotiation and closing
• Provide market insights on hiring trends, salary benchmarks and talent availability
• Build long-term partnerships with clients and candidates

What we’re looking for:

• Candidates with prior recruitment experience, background in sales, business development, account management or client-facing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with targets and performance-driven environment
• Resilient, proactive and self-motivated
• Fast learner with a strong desire to build a long-term career in recruitment/consulting
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
