Job responsibilities
- Review and draft contracts and agreements.
- Support general corporate work.
- Billing and legal fee management in South Asia countries.
- Conduct research on various legal issues in South Asia countries.
- Support compliance matters in South Asia countries.
- Manage the corporate secretary matters for Singapore and Malaysia.
- Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned.
Employment Type and Profile
Internship, able to commit for 6 months for a full-time internship from July to December 2026
- Currently pursuing a Law Degree (JD) / recent law graduate.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent research, writing and analytical skills.
- Positive attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- A professional demeanor and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
