Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Formulate procurement strategies for building materials (including stone, timber, paints, hardware, lighting, flooring, etc.) and manage supplier relationships. Proactively identify and evaluate high-quality material suppliers locally and overseas, and establish long-term strategic partnerships. Conduct price negotiations, contract discussions, and formulate cooperation terms with suppliers. Monitor material quality, delivery schedules, and after-sales services to ensure they meet the requirements of the company’s construction and renovation projects. Develop new materials and innovative products to support the company’s interior decoration and renovation projects. Assist project teams in resolving technical and supply-related issues concerning materials. Conduct regular market research to stay updated on the latest trends and price movements in the building materials industry.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management or building materials procurement within the construction / interior decoration industry.
Familiar with the building materials market in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and overseas, with a strong supplier network (candidates with good connections will be prioritized).
Strong commercial negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities, capable of independently discussing and negotiating with senior management of suppliers.
Proactive, highly responsible, with good organizational and project management skills.
