We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Processing Clerk in our anime product division. The successful candidate will handle end-to-end order processing, ensure data accuracy, and provide smooth coordination among procurement, warehouse, logistics, and sales.
Key Responsibilities

Process and input our orders to manufacturer in our ERP system
- Verify order details including pricing, product specifications, delivery destination, delivery term
- Update and track order status in the system and communicate timely to relevant internal teams
- Coordinate with Merchandizing, Vendors, Warehouse, Sales and Accounting departments to resolve issues
- Handle order modifications, cancellations, returns…etc.
- Maintain accurate order records and reports
- Perform general administrative and clerical support as required
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above (Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related fields preferred)
- 1–2 years relevant experience in order processing, sales administration, or logistics
- Languages: Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a definite advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word & Outlook); experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
