R&R Bagels Hiring! Full Time Store Supervisor in Hong Kong, Earn up to HKD 24,000 - Ricebowl

R&R Bagels, a Specialty Coffee, Brunch & Bagels location in Quarry Bay are looking to recruit a Store Supervisor to join our team on a 5-day working week. The focus of the role is around customer engagement and building connections with regular customers, energetic personality offering excellent hospitality. Key skills will be a fast learner and positive attitude.

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Report directly to the Director & Operations Manager of R&R
• Manage and develop the standards of daily operations in accordance with the company's vision
• Provide leadership and direction in the execution and measurement of guest satisfaction to ensure continued growth and profitability
• Help assist with the annual budgets, forecasts, marketing plans and objectives
• Act as the “Brand Ambassador" and go-to person for all Media related projects and inquiries; work alongside the team to enhance and further develop the offerings
• Own and drive the Food & Beverage program and work alongside Marketing Manager to explore ways to increase beverage sales with unique, creative and relevant offerings
• Monitor and manage a team of food and beverage professionals, provide supervision and professional development, counselling and coaching
• Handling large Catering Orders, liasing with clients and offering recommedations

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in Supervisor Role, preferably with at least 2 years in similar capacity
• Proven managerial abilities in people management, strategic planning and decision making
• Possess strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Strong sense in business acumen and food & beverage market trends
• High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication and presentation skills, creativity and an “out of the box thinking" approach is essential
• Barista experience with 1 years’ experience preferred
• Kitchen experience with 1 years’ experience preferred
• HK working visa
• Must Speak English & Cantonese
