R&R Bagels Hiring! Full Time Barista in Hong Kong, Earn up to HKD 20,000 - Ricebowl

R&R Bagels, a Specialty Coffee, Brunch & Bagel location in Central & Quarry Bay are looking to recruit a Barista/FOH to join our team on a 5-day working week. The focus of the role is around customer engagement and building connections with regular customers, offering excellent hospitality, Key skills will be a fast learner and positive attitude.

Day to day operations will include:

- Responsibility for the usual daily operation of the shop including making coffees and running the POS system.

- Be able to prepare a coffee to a high standard including coffee art or willingness to learn the skill.

- Knowledge on drinks prep

- Work with the Shop Supervisor to learn how to place orders and manage the inventory;

- Create Great Customer Relationships

- Help the team complete all admin tasks, such as Scheduling, Daily closing Sheets, Cleaning Schedules

Requirements:

Barista experience with 1 years’ experience preferred

Kitchen experience with 1 years’ experience preferred

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Well organized, good planning, self-motivated and positive work attitude

Ability to work under pressure and as a part of a close knit team

HK working visa

Must speak English & Cantonese
