Job Description:
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors daily.
Dust and wipe all surfaces, desks, tables, and office furniture.
Clean windows, doors, and glass partitions.
Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as reception, meeting rooms, pantry, and corridors.
Sanitize washrooms regularly and ensure they are stocked with toilet paper, soap, and other supplies.
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
Tea & Pantry Duties
Ensure the pantry/kitchen area is clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Wash dishes and utensils after use.
Monitor and report pantry inventory needs to the Admin/Office Manager.
Requirements:
Min O Level education
Assist with simple clerical tasks or errands, if required.
Maintain a neat and tidy appearance and behave professionally.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Friendly and polite demeanour.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks.
