Job Descriptions:
Security Officer
Conduct general security related duties.
Manage access control at the different assigned points.
Assist in incident management (E.g. fire, emergency activation).
Patrolling and conduct inspection of all emergency equipment.
Ensure and manage a smooth traffic flow.
Maintain and update all security occurrence book.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by supervisor/management.
Security Supervisor
Lead and supervise a team of security officers, providing guidance, training, and support.
Schedule and coordinate security staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage.
Develop and implement security plans and strategies to safeguard people, property, and assets.
Conduct risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
Enforce security policies, procedures, and regulations.
Ensure that security staff comply with established guidelines and protocols.
Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms promptly.
Coordinate with relevant authorities and emergency services as needed.
Oversee the operation of surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras.
Monitor security cameras and alarms to detect and respond to suspicious activities.
Provide ongoing training for security staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Conduct regular drills and exercises to ensure preparedness for emergencies.
Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, investigations, and daily activities.
Maintain accurate records of security-related events.
Manage access control systems, including monitoring and regulating entry and exit points.
Implement corrective actions based on audit findings.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by supervisor/management.
Job Requirements:-
Able to work night shift is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of relevant security experiences.
Possess the Private Security License issued by the Security Industry Regulatory Department (SIRD) is a must.
