Description
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Singapore, East Region. This position requires results-driven professional responsible for driving company revenue through proactive customer engagement, expert product knowledge, and the strategic implementation of sales techniques.
Salary + Commission & Incentives
5.5 Days Work Week. Must be able to work on weekends.
Working hours Monday - Saturday 11am - 8.30pm. Sundays 11am - 7pm.
Core Responsibilities
Assist customers by identifying their specific requirements and selling value-added solutions rather than just products.
Meet and exceed individual and team-level sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Maintain in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of product features, seasonal promotions, and market trends to effectively advise customers.
Proactively source for new business leads through networking and social media, perform follow-up actions to close sales. Following up with customer after sales service and maintaining positive relations.
Accurately process transactions using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, testing and preparing of products for output, detailed in work, productive and effective in daily operations.
Assist in manage stock movement and conduct regular stock takes to ensure accuracy.
Maintain high visual standards for displays to attract foot traffic and ensure the environment reflects a positive company image.
Requirements and Qualifications:
At least 1 year experience in sales industry sector
High-level of communication and analyse skills for negotiating deals and closing sales.
Willing to learn new products knowledge in a fast-paced environment, working as a team to drive sales for company and achieving monthly target.
Basic Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office for data entry.
Minimum qualification of secondary education or higher.
Training will be provided.
