Job Description
Responsibilities
The Role:
Assist in developing and implementing SOPs and new products launches
Ensure staffs are in compliance with Food Hygiene, Liquor regulations and Work Safety guidelines
Conduct site visits to audit food preparation procedures and perform quality checks
Support theatre F&B operation and execute marketing promotions
· Conduct classroom and on-site training sessions
Coordinate logistic requirement and execution of corporate events and bookings
Perform any other duties assigned
