Work location: Kaki Bukit / 5.5 work week (Half Day WFH) | Office hours: 9am to 6pm
Responsibilities:
Handle office administrative works, such as filing
Enter data, maintain databases, and keep records.
In charge of posting mails or documents via Citylink Express.
Liaise with internal departments, answering calls
Execute all sales & marketing promotional activities set by company in Singapore/Malaysia.
Monitor and keep track of renewal, new and termination lease contract if required
Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirement:
At least Diploma in Business Studies / Administrative / Management or equivalent.
Candidates who possess MC/CUC registration process is advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong interpersonal, coordination, and communication skill.
Well organized and have a strong ability to pay attention to detail.
Meticulous, resourceful, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
