Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized diet plans and nutritional recommendations tailored to each client’s wellness goals and health conditions.
• Drive and guide lifestyle programs by supporting clients through their diet and habit changes.
• Monitor members’ weight, metabolism, and overall progress, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating milestones.
• Conduct weekly progress reviews and update client records accurately.
• Discuss clients’ nutritional progress and any required modifications with wellness Team to ensure aligned care.
• Motivate and counsel clients to maintain adherence to their meal plans and healthy living habits.
• Collect feedback and testimonials from members to improve client engagement and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on current nutrition trends, supplements, and clinical guidelines relevant to wellness and preventive care.
• Support wellness programs, health talks, or corporate engagements when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics (recognized by Malaysian Dietitians’ Association preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a healthcare, wellness, or clinical environment.
• Strong understanding of metabolism, body composition, and dietary management for weight and health optimization.
• Excellent interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills.
• Passionate about empowering clients to achieve sustainable lifestyle improvements.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
