Acts as the primary liaison between HQ and overseas stores to ensure smooth communication, alignment of operational standards, system implementation, and daily support for overseas operations and training.
Key Responsibilities
1. Communication & Coordination
- Acts as main contact between HQ and overseas stores.
- Ensure communication is accurate and timely.
- Coordinate across departments.
2. Operational Oversight
- Ensure SOP, food safety and brand standards are followed.
- Collect operational data and propose improvements.
- Support promotions and new product launches.
3. Reporting & Analysis
- Consolidate sales, inventory, wastage and manpower data.
- Prepare weekly/monthly operations reports.
- Track KPI.
4. Training & System Support
- Support training on operations, new products and systems.
- Coordinate POS/ERP/Inventory system readiness.
5. New Store Opening Support
- Assist in preparation for new overseas stores.
- Support soft opening and inspections.
- Participate in cross-border projects.
6. Issue Resolution
- Respond to operational, system or supply issues.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for solutions.
- Handle quality or customer incidents with operations team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B, retail, or ice cream shop operations
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Confident, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Willing to travel and highly committed to job responsibilities.
- Honest, reliable, and equipped with strong managerial skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
