Oh Cha Matcha is a fast-growing matcha cafe with 10 outlets across KL. We're building a brand people genuinely love, and we need sharp people behind the scenes to match that energy.

The Role

You'll work closely with our Operations Manager to keep our outlets running at their best - coordinating, following up, spotting gaps, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily operations across multiple outlets
• Follow up on management directives and ensure timely execution
• Monitor outlet performance, attendance, and manpower
• Support scheduling, reporting, and outlet-level coordination
• Ensure SOPs and brand standards are consistently upheld
• Assist in new outlet openings and operational planning
• Help troubleshoot and resolve on-ground issues quickly
• Liaise between outlet teams, the ops manager, and HQ

What We're Looking For

• 1 to 3 years experience in F&B or retail operations (fresh grads with the right attitude are welcome)
• Own transport. You'll be moving around outlets regularly
• Sharp eye for detail, strong follow-through
• Analytical mindset. Comfortable with basic reporting and data
• Adaptable, proactive, and not afraid to get your hands dirty
• Good communicator in English and Bahasa Malaysia
