Training Admin Executive

Salary: $2800 - $3200

Job descriptions:

• Coordinate and facilitate training programmes, including preparation of materials, attendance taking and classroom setup
• Ensure seamless execution of training sessions by addressing issues promptly and recommending process improvements
• Collaborate with in-house trainers to support the delivery of training plans
• Oversee post-training administration, including invoicing, grant submissions, declarations, disbursement, and evaluations
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure proper documentation in Training Management Systems
• Respond to training-related enquiries from Operational teams and external training providers
• Identify skills gaps and support organisational learning and development initiatives
• Assist in preparing monthly reports, including operational metrics and performance tracking
• Carry out any additional duties as assigned.

Job requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in any discipline
• Familiarity with Singapore Workforce Qualifications (WSQ) frameworks, SkillsFuture Singapore initiatives, and Training Partners Gateway is preferred.
• Detail-oriented and customer-focused, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• A proactive team player who is adaptable and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
