Engage Specialist job Singapore, up to SGD5000/month, 6-month contract in Wealth Management operations.

Your new role
- Support Client Advisors with client lifecycle management (CLM) and account maintenance activities.
- Handle account structure changes (ASC) across various client types (individuals, companies, trusts, funds).
- Provide documentation and advisory support for client requests (e.g. account updates, bank references, digital banking access).
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory, compliance, and AML requirements.
- Perform checks related to name screening, sanctions, and risk mitigation.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Front Office, Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 2 years of experience in banking operations.
- Experience in account servicing, account opening, or client lifecycle processes (CLM) is preferred.
- Exposure to ASC, data maintenance, or client documentation handling.
- Strong focus on data accuracy and processing.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (to support regional/China markets).
- Comfortable in an operations-driven role with high-volume tasks.
- This role is only open to Singaporeans.
