Client Onboarding Specialist job Singapore up to SGD6700, private banking onboarding role

You will be joining a leading global financial institution within the Wealth Management space in Singapore, known for its strong client focus and robust compliance framework. The Client Onboarding team plays a key role in supporting Relationship Managers across multiple markets, delivering a seamless and high-quality onboarding experience for clients.

Your new role

As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will support Relationship Managers (RMs) in managing client onboarding processes and ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare and coordinate account opening documentation for Relationship Managers.
• Review submitted onboarding documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Verify client information and supporting documents prior to submission.
• Support onboarding activities across multiple markets (e.g. Greater China, Indonesia).
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements (e.g. MAS guidelines).

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 1 year of experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and verify documentation accurately.
• Basic understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g. MAS 626).
• Good communication skills with the ability to support Relationship Managers effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Fluency in Mandarin, as the role supports Relationship Managers and clients across Mandarin-speaking markets.
• This role is only open to Singaporeans.
