Responsibilities

A rare opportunity to join a well-established boutique design studio specializing in luxury resort and hospitality developments across the globe.


We are seeking a talented, design-driven professional based in Singapore to take a leadership role within our studio and contribute to the growth of the business while sharing in its rewards.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign Leadership
  • Lead and oversee landscape design projects from Concept Design through Construction Administration.
  • Drive the overall design vision, quality, and creative direction of projects.
  • Review and guide design outputs including masterplans, presentations, drawings, materials, and renders.
  • Ensure projects align with client brief, brand standards, budget, programme, and technical requirements.


Project Management
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously across various stages.
  • Prepare and monitor project programmes, deliverables, manpower allocation, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee quality assurance and consistency of documentation.


Client & Consultant Coordination
  • Act as point of contact for clients, operators, architects, and consultants.
  • Lead meetings, workshops, presentations, and design reviews.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate decision-making processes.
Business Development
  • Support new business opportunities, proposals, fee negotiations, and pitching activities.
  • Contribute to company growth through networking and relationship building.
  • Identify potential collaborations, markets, and project opportunities.


Team Leadership & Mentorship
  • Mentor and develop junior and senior designers within the studio.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative studio culture.
  • Provide design direction, technical guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Assist in recruitment and team development initiatives.


Site & Construction Involvement
  • Participate in site inspections, mock-up reviews, and construction coordination.
  • Monitor implementation quality and resolve site-related design issues.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers during construction stages.


Strategic & Operational Responsibilities
  • Contribute to studio operations, workflows, standards, and long-term planning.
  • Assist Directors in strategic planning, resource management, and company initiatives.
  • Represent the studio professionally in meetings, events, and industry engagements.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture.
  • Strong experience in hospitality, residential, or masterplanning projects.
  • Proven leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, Lumion, Rhino/Revit preferred.
  • Ability to travel for project meetings and site visits.
