Introduction
A leading financial services organisation in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Asset Management Lead to join its Service Management function. This role will oversee enterprise-wide IT asset and knowledge management practices across infrastructure, cloud, and digital platforms, ensuring operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and strong governance standards within a complex environment.
Responsibilities
The IT Asset Management Lead will be responsible for driving the organisation’s IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Knowledge Management (KM) strategies across the full technology estate. This includes overseeing the lifecycle management of hardware, software, cloud, and SaaS assets, while ensuring alignment with ITIL practices, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory requirements. The role will lead initiatives to strengthen CMDB accuracy, asset governance, lifecycle controls, and audit readiness, while partnering closely with Technology, Security, Finance, and Procurement teams. In addition, the incumbent will establish and enhance knowledge management frameworks, policies, and governance standards to improve operational effectiveness, service delivery, and organisational knowledge sharing. The position will also manage key ITAM-related projects, define operational KPIs and reporting, and support continuous improvement initiatives across IT service management processes.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of relevant experience within IT asset management, configuration management, knowledge management, or IT service management environments, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent. Strong familiarity with MAS Technology Risk Management guidelines, cybersecurity requirements, and governance practices within regulated industries will be highly valued. Candidates should possess hands-on experience managing enterprise asset lifecycle processes, CMDB governance, and ITSM frameworks. Prior exposure to ServiceNow and ITIL environments will be advantageous. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong stakeholder management capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to operate confidently within complex and fast-paced technology organisations.
