Job Opening in KL: Business Reporting Associate Analysts Wanted!

Your new company

A chemical manufacturing company, with a well-established supply chain hub in Kuala Lumpur. They are looking for a Business Reporting Associate Analyst as they expand the hub and to take on global projects.

Your new role

• Deliver accurate and timely financial/business reporting in line with company policies and compliance standards.
• Manage month-end closing, inventory valuation, cost accounting, and budgeting activities.
• Perform financial analysis (cost variances, Plan vs Actual) and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy across material ledger, pricing, and financial records.
• Resolve reporting issues and support team members as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

• University degree in finance and accounting or business studies
• Minimum 2 years' experience in finance and accounting functions, preferably in Business Reporting.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in General Ledger, R2R, cycle maintenance experience
• Ideally, experience in overhead management or product costing
• Mandarin is preferred due to China's portfolio.
