Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  1. Train and monitor employees and franchisees to ensure effective job performance.
  2. Conduct onboarding and operational training programs, including Food Handler, New Employee, New Manager, QA PRP, and management development programs.
  3. Plan and deliver supplementary and refresher training for store teams and management.
  4. Execute and follow up on NDTS programs and “Train the Trainer” initiatives.
  5. Identify training needs, develop training plans, and evaluate training effectiveness through TNA and audits.
  6. Provide coaching, corrective training, and support to stores and franchisees, including outstation locations.
  7. Develop, update, and maintain training materials, SOPs, manuals, presentations, and learning resources.
  8. Support nationwide rollout of training programs, certifications, and verification processes.
  9. Maintain accurate training records, reports, and HR summaries.
  10. Ensure Training Centres are properly maintained and equipped.
  11. Collaborate with trainers, training stores, and regional centres to ensure smooth training operations.
  12. Perform additional duties and projects assigned by Management.



Accountability

  1. Ensure timely and effective execution of training programs while maintaining high training quality and learner engagement.
  2. Assess organizational training needs and align learning initiatives with skill gaps and business objectives.
  3. Develop, update, and coordinate relevant training materials and content for employees at all levels.
  4. Maintain accurate training records, attendance, assessments, and feedback through the LMS in compliance with audit requirements.
  5. Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, KPIs, and ROI reporting.
  6. Ensure all mandatory and compliance-related training is completed and properly documented.
  7. Collaborate with HR, department heads, and stakeholders to coordinate and improve training initiatives.



Span of Control

  1. Oversee trainee evaluation, assessment, and certification processes.
  2. Plan, coordinate, and schedule training classes and activities.
  3. Conduct store visits and provide corrective coaching when necessary.
  4. Enforce training standards, including punctuality and dress code compliance.
  5. Exercise authority in accordance with the Company’s Authority Limits.
