Work Schedule: 6 Days Work Week / Shifting Hours

Overview:

INITIA Group SG is looking for a highly driven and experienced F&B General Manager to lead and oversee our multi-outlet food & beverage operations in Malaysia. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a proven ability to manage multiple venues, elevate service standards, drive profitability, and foster team excellence. This role will play a critical part in ensuring smooth operations, achieving business targets, and delivering a top-tier guest experience across all locations.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations across multiple F&B outlets
• Develop and implement business strategies to improve overall outlet performance and guest satisfaction
• Lead budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting initiatives
• Manage, train, and inspire outlet managers and operational teams to deliver service excellence
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all venues
• Monitor purchasing, inventory levels, and vendor relations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectivenessCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business growth and operational consistency

Job Specifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in F&B/hospitality, with at least 3 years in a General Manager role
• Proven ability to manage multi-unit F&B operations
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
• Excellent understanding of Malaysian F&B market trends
• Ability to converse in Mandarin or Korean is an advantage (to cater to a diverse customer base).

Key Deliverables

• Consistently maintain operational standards across all outlets
• Successful launch of new initiatives (menus, promotions, service enhancements)
• Reduction in operational issues and downtime
• Monthly reports showing revenue growth and customer satisfaction scores
• Food and labor cost targets consistently met or improved
• 100% compliance in internal and external health inspections
