What The Role Is

As a Manager/ Senior Manager, Finance Data and Analytics (FDA) Unit in the Finance and Procurement Division (FPD), you will be \ collaborate with other stakeholders in FPD to identify and drive process reviews, automation and data analytics initiatives. You will transform raw data into actionable insights, support innovation initiatives, and contribute to building a data-driven culture within the division.

What You Will Be Working On

• Support process automation and analytics adoption by helping stakeholders identify opportunities and apply data insights in their work
• Partner stakeholders to deliver transformation initiatives that enable data-driven decision-making and process improvements by gathering requirements, mapping current processes, and developing transformation plans with clear improvement opportunities
• Translate requirements into well-scoped data projects by designing and managing end-to-end data solutions to support reporting and analytics (e.g. building and maintaining of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines, data platforms, and models)
• Implement data governance and quality controls, including validation, monitoring and data cleansing to ensure reliable and secure data
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• At least 5 years of relevant training and working experience in Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Accountancy, or related fields
• Knowledge in system administration and/ or process automation
• Strong interest in using data to inform, design and evaluate proposals
• Ability to manage and analyse large datasets using analytical tools and dashboards with experience in data and visualisation tools such as Power Query, Power BI, Tableau, Python, would be an added advantage
• A proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Ability to drive projects independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively in a dynamic environment
