What you'll be doing :

• Manage and maintain customer accounts, including processing orders, handling inquiries and providing regular updates
• Assist with the preparation of sales quotations, sales presentations/tenders
• Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of products and services
• Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance customer experience

What we're looking for :

• At least Diploma in Engineering / Accounting or any related field
• 1 - 2 years of experience in similar capacity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-tasks and prioritise effectively
• A keen eye for details and a commitment to delivering high-quality of work
• Communicates well in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
