Job Summary
Join Team Stewardship at Infinity Financial Advisory as an Administrator to provide essential administrative, technical, and research support to financial advisers, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective client management.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative, technical, and research support to Associate Director/Manager to prepare comprehensive financial plans, insurance proposals, and investment recommendations for clients
- Manage day-to-day client and prospect planning for the Associate Director/Manager to ensure timely follow-up and service delivery
- Prepare accurate quotations and issue relevant documents to clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate and manage agency events to support business development and team engagement
- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Associate Director/Manager to facilitate communication and collaboration
- Perform various daily administrative tasks to maintain efficient office operations and support team productivity
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of experience as an Insurance Consultant or Administrator, preferably in a similar role within the insurance industry
- Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to support document preparation and communication
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently
- Adaptable and flexible with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work outputs
