Job Responsibilities
Requirements
Diploma/Certificate in IT, Computer Science or related field
Basic knowledge in networking & CCTV systems
Familiar with Windows, Microsoft Office & common IT tools
Good problem-solving & communication skills
Responsible, disciplined & willing to learn

Job Responsibilities
- Install, configure & maintain desktops, laptops, printers & peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware, software & network issues
- Setup and maintain CCTV systems
- Install software, drivers & business applications
- Assist users with IT-related issues and provide technical support
- Basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WiFi, cabling, connectivity)
- Manage user accounts and system access
- Monitor and maintain IT equipment performance
- Liaise with vendors for repairs and technical support
Requirements
