Job Overview

• Report to Admin and Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• HR: Assisting in the initial recruitment process (CV screening, interview scheduling).
• HR: Supporting employee data management and personnel file updates.
• Administration: Managing office archives, correspondence, and important documents.
• Administration: Helping with office supplies procurement (stationery, inventory).
• Executing other daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications

• Active student (final year preferred) or recent graduate majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Possesses excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking.
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality (especially concerning HR data).
