Job Responsibilities:

• Technical Design Support: Help draft scalable and cost-efficient cloud architectures (IaaS/PaaS) based on client needs and budget constraints.
• Client Advisory: Serve as a technical resource during meetings to explain complex cloud concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Implementation Oversight: Work alongside the delivery team to ensure that the final cloud configuration matches the initial architectural design and security standards.
• Documentation: Maintain high-quality technical diagrams, deployment guides, and project hand-over documentation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Sales and Business Development teams to provide technical validation for proposals and proof-of-concept (PoC) builds.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering, technical support, or junior consulting.
• Solid understanding of at least one major cloud provider (AWS, or Alibaba Cloud) and core services like networking (VPC/VNet), storage, and security.
• Strong verbal and written skills in English and Mandarin to effectively support our regional client base.
• Possession of professional certifications (AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Azure, etc.) is a plus.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
