Job Responsibilities

Web Development & Optimisation

• Work on real company websites & landing pages (not dummy projects)
• Improve performance, speed, and SEO
• Make hands-on updates using HTML & CSS
• Test across devices and fix real-world bugs

Automation & Tech Work

• Build simple automations using Google Sheets, Notion & scripts
• Help improve internal workflows and systems
• Support QA testing and reporting processes
• Solve actual technical issues (yes, real problem-solving!)

Content, UX & AI Tools

• Improve landing pages for better conversions
• Assist in creating AI-generated content (ads, hooks, pages)
• Explore and use AI tools in marketing & analytics
• Learn how tech + marketing actually work together

Systems & Documentation

• Keep things organised (important real-world skill!)
• Document processes, updates, and systems clearly

Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or web development
• Can communicate in BM & English
• Curious, proactive, and not afraid to try (or fail & learn)
• Detail-oriented and enjoys solving problems
• Ready to commit and grow during the internship
