Project Manager

Salary: RM3,000 – RM5,000

Position Type: Full-time (Permanent)

Location: Taman Sentosa, Johor Bahru

Work Model: Hybrid (10am – 6pm) (4 days WIO 1 day WFH after probation)

About the Role

As a Project Manager at HURUF, you’ll oversee design and interior projects from concept to completion. You’ll manage timelines, budgets, resources, and quality, ensuring that every project runs smoothly and meets client expectations.

We’re looking for someone organized, firm, and dependable, who takes pride in delivering work on schedule and at the highest standard. You’ll coordinate across designers, clients, and contractors to make sure every moving part stays aligned.

Who We’re Looking For | Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field is a plus, not mandatory
• Experience in project or site management is a plus, not mandatory
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Google Sheets, or other tracking tools
• Knowledge of construction and renovation workflows
• Detail-oriented, deadline-focused, and quality-driven
• Ability to lead teams and manage suppliers or contractors

What You’ll Be Doing | Responsibilities

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Coordinate between designers, clients, and contractors for smooth execution
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work aligns with design intent
• Track progress, report milestones, and manage project documentation
• Ensure quality control, compliance, and safety at every stage
• Resolve project challenges and provide practical solutions
• Prepare handover reports and client summaries upon completion
