Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities
- Monitor receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
- Train, schedule, and manage warehouse staff performance
- Enforce workplace safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and workflow efficiency
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or shipment issues
- Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
