• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations.
• Monitor receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper stock management.
• Lead and manage warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety regulations.
• Prepare warehouse reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency.
• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management preferred.
• Leadership and supervisory skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Warehouse System, SAP/WMS is an advantage).
• Forklift license is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
