Retail Manager

We’re looking for an experienced, people-centric Retail Manager to lead and manage our retail operations across Hong Kong & Macau.


About the Role

As Head of Retail – Hong Kong & Macau, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our retail function by overseeing day-to-day retail operations, driving commercial performance, and delivering retail excellence. You will lead our store organization to achieve business growth while enhancing brand experience, customer journey, and team performance.


This is a full-time position based in our Hong Kong Headquarter, with frequent travel to our stores within the region.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive overall business growth and lead the retail function across Hong Kong & Macau

  • Direct and manage all store development and regional retail activities

  • Prepare and manage the department P&L

  • Plan, organize, and lead the strategic direction of the retail function

  • Determine target markets and analyze demographic information to develop store expansion strategies

  • Ensure retail excellence by producing regular reporting and data to monitor and manage retail KPIs and critical business processes

  • Promote and manage retail training to ensure consistent service quality and a well-maintained customer journey across all stores

  • Build consistent and effective development tools and frameworks to strengthen retail execution capability across the network

  • Lead the implementation of e-learning tools to ensure full adoption and effectiveness

  • Organize and lead due diligence processes for all stores, including reviewing existing operational procedures and establishing new procedures where needed

  • Lead and support city/store managers to achieve business goals

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth execution of the store development plan


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business or a relevant discipline

  • Minimum 10 years of retail experience with 4 years in managerial role and fashion retail experience preferred


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in expanding and scaling multiple business lines within retail operations

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills

  • A self-starter with strong leadership, people management, and strategic thinking abilities

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain valuable relationships with stakeholders
