Job Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) process, with a primary focus on Contract Enablement activities.
- Review, validate, and operationalize contracts in accordance with procurement policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Perform contract quality and compliance checks to mitigate operational and audit risks before contract activation.
- Create, maintain, and update contract records, workspaces, and compliance documentation within Ariba.
- Facilitate contract execution processes, including amendments, variations, renewals, notifications, and terminations.
- Ensure all relevant contractual documentation, appendices, and supporting records are properly maintained and stored.
- Monitor contract compliance and ensure contractual changes are accurately reflected in relevant systems.
- Support contract close-out activities, document archiving, and contract termination processes.
- Collaborate closely with Procurement teams and business stakeholders to address contractual ambiguities and ensure timely contract execution.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of procurement and transactional data before handover to downstream purchasing operations.
- Provide ongoing stakeholder support and communication throughout the contract lifecycle.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Procurement, Contract Management, Supply Chain, or a related function.
- Experience working with Ariba is preferred.
- Knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Ability to review, interpret, and understand contractual terms and conditions independently.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage contract-related documentation accurately.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues.
- Experience working in a compliance-focused environment is advantageous.
- Comfortable supporting global stakeholders and working in UK business hours.
