Responsibilities

About the Role

Join a growing social service organisation supporting multiple service centres, including welfare homes and community-based services.

This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting staff across different locations.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes with facility teams
  • Manage employee lifecycle matters (confirmation, renewals, exits)
  • Review payroll outputs and verify leave, claims and allowances
  • Ensure timely regulatory submissions (MSF, NCSS, AIC)
  • Oversee foreign staff matters and compliance tracking
  • Maintain HR systems (HRMS) and ensure data accuracy
  • Support training coordination and compliance tracking
  • Handle day-to-day employee queries and simple grievance cases
  • Support HR reporting, engagement initiatives and vendor coordination

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–6 years of HR operations experience
  • Comfortable handling payroll verification and HR processes
  • Familiar with Singapore employment practices
  • Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
  • Able to work independently and support multiple stakeholders

Required Competencies and Certifications

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, including employee lifecycle management and documentation
  • Experience in payroll verification and leave administration
  • Familiarity with Singapore employment practices (MOM guidelines, basic compliance)
  • Experience in handling HR data, records and reporting
  • Proficiency in HR systems (HRMS) and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications

  • Experience in the social service, healthcare or community care sector
  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting (e.g. MSF, NCSS, AIC submissions)
  • Experience supporting multi-site operations
  • Exposure to employee relations or handling of simple grievance cases
  • Experience in HR systems implementation or process improvement
  • Basic knowledge of work pass administration or foreign staff management
  • IHRP certification (or working towards it) is an advantage
