We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager to oversee client accounts and project finances within our construction division. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations, while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple client accounts for construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and invoicing to ensure financial accuracy.
- Prepare and submit financial reports, forecasts, and billing statements to clients.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain positive client relationships through regular communication and updates.
- Assist in contract review, negotiation, and compliance with company policies.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or support to clients.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
