Basic information: 

• Basic up to $4,300 + AWS + VB

• Monday - Friday, 7:45am to 5:30pm

Job scope: 

Inventory Management & Accuracy

• Maintain precise inventory records within the Sage system
• Conduct regular reconciliations (daily, weekly, monthly) between physical stock and system data
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies, shortages, and variances
• Monitor aging inventory, including slow-moving and obsolete stock, and report insights

Stock Monitoring & Planning Support

• Track inventory levels to ensure sufficient supply for operations and customer demand
• Assist in MRP activities, including reviewing safety stock, EOQ, and replenishment planning
• Monitor material movements and ensure accurate, timely system updates

Receiving & Issuance Control

• Implement and enforce FIFO practices where applicable

Cycle Counting & Auditing

• Plan and execute cycle counts and annual stock takes
• Prepare variance reports and recommend corrective actions
• Support internal and external audits with accurate inventory data

Additional Responsibilities

• Generate inventory and stock movement reports
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling in compliance with SOPs
• Assist with receiving, issuing, and returns processes
• Maintain organized and up-to-date inventory documentation
• Replenish finished goods when below minimum levels and track delivery timelines
