Job Summary

You will manage installation, support, and maintenance of client IT platforms, ensuring service levels are met while resolving incidents and supporting users locally and regionally.

Responsibilities

• Install client platforms and manage daily support operations to meet agreed business needs and service levels
• Deliver timely IT support to business users both locally and regionally to minimize downtime
• Process and resolve service requests related to client platforms efficiently
• Troubleshoot system and network issues to restore normal operations promptly
• Investigate and resolve escalated incidents with quality solutions to reduce impact
• Communicate timely status updates to stakeholders during incident and service request handling
• Monitor service levels, document system configurations, and maintain accurate records for reporting
• Participate in client platform implementation, deployment, and upgrade projects to ensure successful delivery
• Maintain and update procedural and configuration documentation to support operational consistency
