• Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Job scope:

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documentation
• Process customer orders and maintain accurate system records
• Handle import/export shipping documents and coordinate shipment bookings
• Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers, warehouse, and customers on delivery schedules
• Monitor shipment status and ensure timely document submission
• Support payment follow-ups and LC documentation coordination
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations and internal procedures
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team
