Job Description – Sales Executive

Location: Indonesia/Malaysia

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive B2B sales for Brunswick Bowling products and entertainment solutions across Indonesia/Malaysia region. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client relationship management, business development, and supporting end-to-end sales activities.

This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about sales and business development within the hospitality, entertainment, and commercial infrastructure sectors. Candidates from the hospitality industry or builder/developer offices will be preferred. The position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for Brunswick Bowling products and solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, builders, developers, hotels, malls, and entertainment centres.
  • Prepare sales proposals, presentations, quotations, and product pitches.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects and sales activities.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups across Indonesia/Malaysia.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
  • Support promotional activities and business expansion initiatives.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client servicing.
  • Candidates from hospitality, entertainment, gaming, mall leasing, or builder/developer sectors will be preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow in the sales domain.
  • Willingness to travel within Indonesia/Malaysia for business meetings and projects.
