Key Responsibilities

• Formulate procurement strategies for building materials (including stone, timber, paints, hardware, lighting, flooring, etc.) and manage supplier relationships.
• Proactively identify and evaluate high-quality material suppliers locally and overseas, and establish long-term strategic partnerships.
• Conduct price negotiations, contract discussions, and formulate cooperation terms with suppliers.
• Monitor material quality, delivery schedules, and after-sales services to ensure they meet the requirements of the company’s construction and renovation projects.
• Develop new materials and innovative products to support the company’s interior decoration and renovation projects.
• Assist project teams in resolving technical and supply-related issues concerning materials.
• Conduct regular market research to stay updated on the latest trends and price movements in the building materials industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management or building materials procurement within the construction / interior decoration industry.
• Familiar with the building materials market in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and overseas, with a strong supplier network (candidates with good connections will be prioritized).
• Strong commercial negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities, capable of independently discussing and negotiating with senior management of suppliers.
• Proactive, highly responsible, with good organizational and project management skills.
