Location: Central Region
Salary: $2,800 – $3,200
Working Hour: 9am – 6pm
Responsibilities
Provide onsite and remote IT support for clients
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user issues
Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, AD, DNS & DHCP
Handle ticketing updates and issue escalation
Assist with deployments, upgrades, and IT projects
Travel onsite to support different client environments across Singapore
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in IT or related field
Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking
Familiar with ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar ticketing systems
Good troubleshooting and communication skills
Certifications or exposure to Cisco, Fortinet, cloud, or virtualization is a plus
