Responsibilities

Production Leadership

• Lead and manage the entire production department to meet output, quality, and delivery KPIs
• Develop and implement annual production, manpower, and capacity plans
• Manage production scheduling and resource allocation to optimize workflow
• Drive operational excellence and productivity improvements through continuous process enhancements

Plant Operations Management

• Oversee daily factory operations ensuring efficient workflow and resource utilization
• Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions to meet operational KPIs
• Review production reports to identify and resolve performance gaps

Workforce Management

• Lead and develop Production Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders, and operational staff
• Manage workforce planning, overtime, and productivity to meet production demands
• Develop succession plans and leadership development programs to build team capabilities
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance employee performance

Quality Management

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System standards
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce defects, rework, and customer complaints
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations and company safety policies
• Support ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System implementation
• Lead safety meetings, investigations, and corrective actions to maintain a safe work environment
• Promote a strong safety culture across the factory to prevent workplace incidents

Maintenance & Asset Management

• Oversee preventive maintenance programs to improve machine reliability and reduce downtime
• Support implementation of automation and new technologies to enhance production efficiency

Strategic Projects

• Lead MES, ERP, and digital transformation initiatives to modernize factory operations
• Support factory expansion and new production line implementation projects
• Participate in budgeting and capital expenditure planning to align resources with strategic goals
• Recommend automation and productivity enhancement projects to drive operational growth

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience managing 50–100+ workers
• Familiarity with MES, ERP, and factory automation systems
• Knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations
• Experience working in ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certified environments

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: S$8,500 – S$12,000 per month
• AWS: 13th Month Bonus (subject to company policy)
• Performance Bonus: Based on company and individual KPI achievement
