Project Planning & Scheduling

• Master Scheduling: Creating, managing, and updating the macro project timeline from breaking ground to handover.
• Resource Optimization: Allocating major machinery, materials, and labor forces efficiently across multiple phases.
• Risk Mitigation: Anticipating potential supply chain delays or weather disruptions and developing contingency plans.

Financial & Commercial Management

• Budget Tracking: Monitoring project expenditures to ensure labor, material, and equipment costs stay within budget.
• Cost Variation: Reviewing, negotiating, and approving variation orders or extra claims submitted by subcontractors.
• Procurement Oversight: Assessing subcontractor tenders, awarding contracts, and managing major vendor agreements.

Safety, Health & Legal Compliance

• Safety Culture: Establishing the overarching site safety plan and ensuring full legal compliance with national labor laws.
• Permit Management: Securing necessary building permits, environmental clearances, and structural certificates from local authorities.
• Environmental Control: Implementing measures to manage site noise, dust, waste disposal, and community disruptions.

High-Level Stakeholder Management

• Client Relations: Serving as the main point of contact for clients, developers, and investor groups regarding project status.
• Consultant Liaison: Collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and surveyors to resolve design and site discrepancies.
• Leadership Alignment: Managing and mentoring site supervisors, safety officers, and quantity surveyors on the project team.
