Job Purpose
You will be responsible for identifying new sales channels, serving as the key interface between the company and institutional and professional investors, managing existing client relationships, delivering investment solutions and supporting overall business development. You will deliver compliant sales presentations, conduct investor meetings, maintain strong client engagement, and contribute to the firm’s fundraising targets and long-term growth.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of sales, business development, or client coverage experience in asset management, fund houses, private equity, wealth management, or financial services in Hong Kong.
Proven track record in fund sales, capital raising, or distribution of alternative / private market products (private equity real estate, private credit, equity capital market and pre-IPO )is highly preferred.
Existing network and access to family offices, HNWIs, or institutional investors is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of SFC Type 4 / 9 regulations and compliance requirements for fund marketing and sales.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong client‑focused mindset, self‑driven, and able to work independently.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment and manage multiple clients and priorities.
Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (essential for client coverage).
Right to work in Hong Kong.
